A Royal Flush

Epoxy Cast Glitter Toilet Set

In this video we show you how to make a glitter toilet seat using a pre-made mold. This project takes a lot of epoxy so it can be a bit pricey. However, the results were fabulous and it is already famous!

Comments:

This particular seat was the first  one we ever cast. It was made with the top a bit thicker than we should have (too heavy). The mold was quite deep and we should have poured it about half as deep as we did- live and learn.
Note: Diza did a wonderful effect with this seat. On the top she poured her first layer with a clear chunky flake iridescent. The next layer was gold, and the iridescent over the gold is spectacular. It is much better than just a plain gold top! she also did some beautiful layering that can be seen from the side. On our next one we are going to do some swirls and embedding.

Easy Cast Epoxy- This is the brand we used for this project. Made in the USA.
Search notes. When using the search feature it is best to skip using the word glitter. For example type in FLOOR instead of Glitter Floor.
