How to Cabachons

Mix glitter with just about anything for you're own style and custom cabochons for jewelry, magnets, push pins, drawer pulls and so much more!
Level: Intermediate

Comments:

With glitter, you will want a poly glitter as craft glitter can melt in epoxy, double check the description of each glitter before you purchase as well to ensure it will work with epoxy. You'll need to follow the directions of the resin you're using for best results, and after mixing, pouring into a second cup similarly to how you pour into the mold down the side, can help reduce bubbles. You can also use a heat gun, quickly running it over the top in short passes.

as well as Easy craft with good results.
You're more than welcome to check out Little Windows for molds and resin to try them for yourself, we've yet to test their products with glitter but look forward to it. If you have, send us a video or some photos of your project!
Search notes. When using the search feature it is best to skip using the word glitter. For example type in FLOOR instead of Glitter Floor.
