Glitter Gel Candles

Level: Beginner

Comments:

Gel candles can make gorgeous accents for both your home or any event. You can create landscapes and scenes before pouring gel or use your own mix of colored sand. When using glitter for this project, make sure to check that the glitter is a poly glitter to lessen the chance of the color bleeding.
Interestingly, the center dark red part of the flame can get as hot as 1830° F, the red/orange part can get to 1470°F, the body of the candle between 104° and 122° F, and lastly the melted wax on top of the candle can reach 140° F
